- DOBLE GRADO EN DERECHO Y EN GESTIÓN Y ADMINISTRACIÓN PÚBLICA
La Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Sevilla apuesta por una educación multidisciplinar
creando profesionales con una formación jurídica y de gestión y administración pública, ofreciendo
la posibilidad de cursar ambos grados simultáneamente, obteniendo así los dos títulos al finalizar
estos estudios.
La doble titulación nace como respuesta académica a la necesidad de elevar la capacitación de
quienes acceden a la función pública, con la repercusión favorable que ello pueda tener en la
presentación de los servicios públicos.
Son muchos los estudiantes que al terminar el bachillerato desean encaminar su trayectoria hacia
el ámbito jurídico, pero no tanto desde la perspectiva del asesoramiento y defensa de los legítimos
intereses privados, sino más bien con la vocación de desenvolverse en el seno de las
administraciones, en sus distintas vertientes, estatal, autonómica, local, o en el orden judicial.
Simultaneando los estudios de ambos grados, surgirán titulados capaces de aplicar rectamente el
ordenamiento o realizar informes jurídicos de la máxima solvencia, dotados a la vez de las
destrezas ligadas a la gestión administrativa.
LAW AND MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION DOUBLE DEGREE
The Faculty of Law of the University of Seville commits to create multidisciplinary education
professionals with legal and management and Public Administration training, offering the
opportunity to study two Degrees simultaneously, thus obtaining both degrees at the end of these
studies.
The double Degree was born in response to the need to increase the training of those entering the
civil service, with the positive impact this may have on the presentation of public services.
There are many students who want to finish high school to direct their path to the legal field, but not
from the perspective of both advice and defense of the legitimate private interests, but rather with
the aim to unfold within Administrations, in its various aspects, state, regional, local, or court order.
Synchronizing both studies Degrees, graduates will emerge able to apply directly the ordering or
reports solvency legal maximum, both equipped with the skills related to management.
